Walt Blackman
Founder of CivicOS, Walt Blackman brings two decades of military service and legislative leadership to the intersection of public service and technology. As a former Arizona State Representative and Chairman of the Arizona House Government Committee, he has dedicated his career to modernizing government information systems. His vision for CivicOS is to build a secure, evidence-driven platform that connects legislation, constitutions, and public records into a unified intelligence infrastructure for the next generation of public-sector innovation.
